OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service govern your use of the RinseRoam online store and your purchase of products through this Shopify-powered storefront. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE
You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. You may not use the site or products for an unlawful purpose, interfere with site security, transmit malicious code, misuse another person’s information, or violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe products accurately and to use representative images. Colors, scale, packaging, and minor details may appear differently on a screen or may change when a product is updated. Any performance description is limited to the stated intended use. Our cordless power cleaner is designed for routine rinsing and light outdoor cleanup; it is not represented as a replacement for a professional pressure washer.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and may change before an order is submitted. Taxes, shipping, duties, and import fees are shown or calculated where applicable. Products and quantities are subject to availability. We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions before accepting an order.

ORDERS
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order request; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order when required by inventory limitations, payment review, suspected fraud, pricing errors, carrier restrictions, sanctions, export controls, or other lawful reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

PAYMENT
Payment is processed through Shopify and the payment methods offered at checkout. You represent that the payment and billing information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS
Shipping estimates, carrier terms, return eligibility, and refund procedures are described in the Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where required by law.

SAFE PRODUCT USE
Read the included instructions before use. Use compatible water sources, cleaners, accessories, chargers, and batteries only. Do not spray people, animals, electrical equipment, live wiring, damaged surfaces, or hazardous materials. Stop using a battery that is damaged, swollen, leaking, unusually hot, or emitting an odor. Product users are responsible for following local rules and exercising reasonable care.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The site design, RinseRoam branding, original text, graphics, and other store content are owned by or licensed to the store operator and may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The store may rely on Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, or third-party links. Their services and terms are controlled by those third parties. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

DISCLAIMERS
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted site access, error-free operation, or results beyond the product description and any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RinseRoam and the store operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the site, violation of these terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.

CHANGES
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.

SEVERABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the store operator, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights.
